Pompano Beach Chiropractor | Dr. Steven Schwartz

Dr. Schwartz had his first chiropractic experience at a young age in high school when he sought a solution to his severe migraine headaches. After countless, failed medical procedures and medications, Dr. Schwartz received his only relief from his local South Florida chiropractor. As a chiropractic patient, he realized not only the pain relief benefits, but also the sport performance and overall health and wellbeing benefits he received. That experience, coupled with his innate interest in health and human science, drove Dr. Schwartz’s desire to help people in the same way he was helped.

Chiropractic Education

After graduating from Florida State University, Dr. Schwartz attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2012. Following training in the latest techniques and technology at Palmer, Dr. Schwartz headed back to his hometown area of South Florida where he teamed up with Dr. Andrew Sands in his practice.

Our Philosophy

Dr. Schwartz has a strong philosophy that the body is a self-healing being and if we give ourselves the opportunity, we can live a happier and healthier life. “If the interference in your spine is removed, then your body is able to perform at its optimum level, increasing your ability to fight off infection and disease.” He has found that this philosophy is true for the patients that he treats. “Why not give yourself the best possible chance to eliminate injuries and sickness before they occur. Chiropractic is a safe, conservative, and a natural solution that relies on your body’s ability to heal itself.”

The basis of his practice is on patient education and he spares no effort to ensure a patient fully understands the causes and prevention of their condition. “If the patient is well educated about what is going on in his or her body it makes both of our jobs much easier in not only correcting their dysfunction and freeing them of pain but preventing the pain before it occurs as well.”

On a Personal Note

Dr. Schwartz currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale. In his spare time you will find him bike riding, playing with his dog Yogi and enjoying the outdoors. He is very active in his community and strives to spread the word of chiropractic to all.
